General Manager required.

Darwin Escapes is a Group of 20 Holiday Parks across the UK, each in a fantastic location and catering for a different type of holiday, whether you like relaxing in the spa, activity based fun, beaches or towns. Our aim to provide the perfect holiday to our guests and our mission statement is to create and provide an experience that enables our customers to carve memories that last a lifetime, in a safe and secure environment.

Over the last 4 years we have invested tens of millions of pounds in developing 11 parks, with 1 more currently being developed in 2017.

You will be required to assist at any of the parks within the Group, to cover holiday, sickness and other management shortages, so the ability to travel at short notice and for long periods is essential.

This role is ideal for candidates searching for management jobs.

Outline of Duties:
  • Liaise with the Operations Director and relevant Regional General Manager to manage the parks.
  • Ensure the smooth running and efficient operations .
  • Motivation and management of the teams .
  • Liaise with the Heads of Departments to monitor budgets.
What you will need:
  • You will have similar previous 5 star management experience.
  • Experience in Hospitality/Holiday Home Parks
  • Taking a pro active approach to a high customer service.
  • Driving licence is essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to suit the business needs.
