Navigate the narrow streets of Farnham

Just under 5 miles up the road is the local market town of Farnham. From here you can navigate the narrow streets of this quaint town to discover all sorts of hidden treasures and perhaps pick up a memento from your trip away.

The town also plays host to many other pieces of historical and cultural interests, such as the historic castle, abbey ruins and culturally-enriching museum.

Farnham is also well connected to the surrounding area with its train station, which has direct lines to London and can be reached in approximately 50 minutes. This means that the many attractions which are on offer in the country’s capital are within easy reach for holiday makers who are staying at Tilford Woods.

Simply park your car up at Farnham station, grab the direct train to the capital and explore the shops at Oxford Street, catch a show in the West End or spot a famous face or two at Madame Tussauds.

The fact that the capital is so easily reachable from the resort, makes Tilford Woods a holiday resort for anyone who is looking for an alternative to a London city break, where you can still take advantage of the attractions without being forced to stay in a city centre hotel.
