Guaranteed peace of mind at Swanage Bay View…

One of the most frequent questions we get asked is “How long will my holiday home last?” – Subject to normal maintenance, we would expect your static caravan or lodge to last, literally, a lifetime.

All our static caravans and lodges are built in the UK and have been constructed in order to ensure ultra low maintenance and durability without compromising the longevity of aesthetic appearance and performance.

Subject to simple maintenance such as keeping rainwater guttering clear of debris, our holiday homes are capable of lasting quite literally a lifetime. Warranties often vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but typically can be expected to include:

12 month warranty on all new purchases

24 hour support and on site security

10 year Gold Shield Extended Warranty on lodges

10 year warranty on all Decking

Dedicated assistance from our on park team

Gold Shield Extended Warranty

Exclusive to our luxury holiday lodges at Swanage Bay View, a Gold Shield Extended Warranty is available from a variety of luxury lodge manufacturers. This offers benefits from the 3rd to 10th year of ownership of your holiday lodge specific to your manufacturer of choice.

This extended warranty protects your lodge from major inherent defects that may occur in the structure of your lodge which could be anything from a reccuring fault to defect that was not immediately apparent at the time of purchase.
