Numerous beaches are just a short drive from the resort and despite its peaceful location, it is surrounded by attractions and things to see and do. Guests and of course staff can enjoy the beautiful sights on a walk along Bude’s most popular route – the coastal & canal walk, or take a stroll around or even a swim in the mesmorisingly beautiful Bude Sea Pool. There are an array of nearby beaches to enjoy as well, including Summerleaze Beach, Widemouth Bay Beach and of course Sandymouth Beach. Guests often take advantage of the many surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing schools in the local area too!
Back at the park guests can relax, sit back and enjoy the sea views, take a stroll through the beautiful gardens or make use of the extensive range of leisure facilities found on the resort. Facilities include a large indoor swimming pool, a splash zone for children and a challenging outdoor gym which features a large tyre traverse, parallel bars, ladder bars and press up beams – fantastic for getting into shape and building functional fitness!
Serving a comprehensive breakfast, lunch and evening menu the stunning Ocean Bar & Restaurant aims to provide a relaxing yet family-friendly environment for our holiday guests. Chefs and catering staff serve a number of delightful dishes including full English breakfasts, thick cut bloomer sandwiches, burgers and classic evening dishes including chicken jalfrezi and battered cod and chips.
