The ITV Lodge Finds its Forever Home
For one lucky winner the dream of owning their very own home away from home actually became a reality this summer.
The ITV Lodge at Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa
In May, Darwin Escapes was one of the main prize providers for ITV’s superb competition which offered one lucky winner the chance to own their very own holiday home in one of 5 resort locations across the UK including £40,000.
The exclusive ‘This Morning’ Lodge, provided by ourselves at Darwin Escapes, was a brand new bespoke lodge, built exclusively for the competition prize by Prestige Homeseeker.
The lodge visited Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa where it was broadcast live from to announce the competition and visited by This Morning presenters Alison Hammond and Joe Swash.
It then headed to the NEC Birmingham This Morning Live show from the 16th to 19th of May, before a winner was selected and they were able to choose the permanent location for their holiday home.
So where did the ITV Lodge end up we here you ask?….

The winner was allowed to choose from the following ownership holiday parks to base their very own second home: New Pines Holiday Home Park, Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa, Piran Meadows Resort & Spa, Seaview Holiday Home Park or Talacre Beach Resort.
The ITV lodge came equipped with all the added extras needed for a self-catering getaway
In July the exclusive lodge found its permenant home at New Pines Holiday Home Park which is the perfect seaside location. It is nestled near the coastal towns of Rhyl and Prestatyn in North Wales.
Not only is North Wales the ultimate location for countryside exploring and traditional seaside holidays but the New Pines Holiday Home Park really does provide a community feel.
The unique ITV lodge has its very own decking area provided by the Denbighshire Decking Company featuring stylish daro patio furniture, where its owner can relax and unwind on a summers evening after cooking a tasty meal on their state of the art Calor BBQ.

The ITV lodge also comes completely fully furnished as it was seen on ITV This Morning and Loose Women earlier in the summer. Including comfortable sofas, Smeg toaster and kettle, bedding, pillows, televisions and so much more.
