General Questions

Peak season (1st March – 31st October) the sales office is open 9:30 to 6:30pm – off peak/winter opening hours vary. If you require an evening appointment, it’s no problem – please contact our team on 01745 858010 to arrange a time.

New Pines is only a 10 minute drive from Rhyl beach.

We are only a 10 minute drive in the car from the shops and promenade of Rhyl.

Yes, the resort is pet friendly. We have an enclosed dog only field, free poop scoops at reception and many dog-friendly beaches just a short drive away. We do ask that you please pick up after your pet.

XL Bullys are welcome to our resorts as long as owners follow the government rules. They must have a muzzle and lead on at all times when outside, this includes on patios and decking areas of the lodge.

The park is accessed by card activated gates. We also have security guards on duty 24 hours a day plus CCTV.

Yes, please follow the same strict rules you would outside the park. We strongly advise that, for your protection, if you or any member of your family or guests use or ride bicycles, skateboards, scooters or heelies; please wear helmets and reflective clothing.

We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure the park can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike.

We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non pet unit without the prior permission of the Park Manager. (This can be achieved by including your pet on your booking form to ensure you are allocated a pet-friendly unit).

  1. Where allowed, all pets must at all times be kept under proper control and must not enter any facility building. (excluding guide dogs)
  2. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (unless in the dedicated dog areas) and prevented from fouling.
  3. All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.
  4. In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero as well as any other breed at the Park Manager’s discretion.

No, the distribution of power to the units cannot sustain prolonged high usage.

Ownership Questions

No, but it is open for Christmas and New Year holidays. New Pines has a 10 1/2 month seasons, from the 1st March to 10th January.

Our main reception and sales office is open all year round.

Yes, part-exchange packages are available regardless of your tourer’s age or condition. We can even offer part-exchange packages with an existing static caravan or lodge that is sited on another company’s holiday park.

This will depend on the holiday home you have chosen and the plots available, but our team are on hand to help find the perfect spot for you and your dream static caravan or holiday lodge.

This will depend on the type of holiday home you have chosen, along with other factors.

You may have as many as 12 family and close friend member passes to use your holiday home and for especially large families we can extend this – this will give them access to the park and all the 5 star facilities, at no extra cost.

A number of holiday homes have parking next to them, some have a car park only a short walk away. Please speak to our team for more information on 0800 717 707.

Please note: we kindly request cars are not parked on the grass next to the caravans.

No, we are a non-residential holiday resort.
