Our Business Meeting Facilities

Our business meeting venue overlooks 120 acres of stunning woodland and countryside to provide a breath-taking backdrop which simply can’t be rivalled anywhere else in the area.

We’ve invested heavily into our facilities and equipment to ensure that you will have everything that you need on-site. Equipment provided to you at the venue include:

    • Projector and accompanying projector screen;
    • Wi-Fi internet access for all delegates in attendance;
    • Big Screen HD TV;
    • Flip chart, white board and pens;
    • Complimentary note pads and pens;
    • Continuous supply of iced water throughout the day;

Microphones are available for an additional fee if required, with our room capable of accommodating a vast number of delegates on the day who will be able to benefit from free on-site parking. Disabled parking is provided as are disabled toilets as we make full allowances for delegates with additional requirements. Public transport and road links to and from the venue are highly convenient also.

We have a number of rooms to choose from and are therefore happy to host both small and large corporate meetings at our venue.

Venue Hire Costs

There are various packages available to you depending on the budget that you have available and your requirements and we are happy to work with you to find the right solution for you and your business.

You can hire our facilities for just £25 per hour which is well worth considering for those in need of shorter sessions. We also offer half day packages at £100 for four hours and Full day packages for £150 which cover a full eight hours.

Please note that all booking will require a deposit in order to secure your chosen date and the final payment must be made 14 days before the event takes place.

Catering Requirements

Whilst complimentary iced water is provided throughout the day as part of the standard package, there are options to add addition food and drink supplies to keep your delegates well fed and hydrated throughout the day to ensure that the ideas keep on flowing and concentration levels remain intact.

Food will be provided by our expert catering team based at the on-site Glasshouse Restaurant which is one of the finest eateries in Pocklington ensuring impeccable levels of luxury that your employees will thank you for.

There are various packages available which again are variable depending on what budget you have available, with breakfast options ranging from simply hot drinks to our more extensive Breakfast Buffet.

Lunch options available to delegates are also wide ranging as we aim to provide you with a day which exactly meets your budgets restrictions and needs. Options include our new ‘finger buffet’ and ‘fork buffet’ menu which is hugely popular with our regular customers. We aim to provide your team with the finest cuisine in the area to help ensure that you all have a day that you will never forget. Additional Desserts are also available.

Stunning log cabin style lodges at the KP Resort

Residential Conference Venue & Facilities

We are also able to act as a residential conference venue with a range of accommodation options available for your delegates in our gorgeous hotel rooms and multi-storey log cabin style lodges for an overnight stay that your staff will relish.

Whilst the lodges are fully equipped for self-catering, your delegates can always head to the on-site Glasshouse Restaurant & Bar in the evening to socialise and sample our wide range of high quality cuisine and beverages.

Your delegates will be welcome to take advantage of our other on-site facilities whilst they are staying at The KP Resort, including our Nordic Spa area with its own hot tub as well as our well-equipped Box fitness suite. You can also arrange group activities by taking advantage of our championship golf course which is generally rated as being one of the best in the area.
We do have a number of set packages available if you are considering residential corporate stays at The KP Resort, with one night corporate escapes available from £139 per person with a minimum of 10 guests which includes accommodation for your delegates along with lunch, room hire, a three course meal in the evening at our restaurant and a full Yorkshire breakfast to ensure the best possible start to the next day.
