The Kilnwick Percy Resort is based in Pocklington, East Yorkshire, and overlooks 180 acres of glorious Yorkshire Wolds countryside to provide an inspiring setting in which to host corporate conferences for any occasion.

Our resort is generally considered to be one of the best conference venue facilities in Yorkshire providing organisers and delegates with all the facilities and equipment that they will need in decadent surroundings overlooking acres of tranquil countryside.
This is the ideal alternative to a busy venue in the centre of York which is both crowded and offers very little parking for delegates. Conversely, we are able to offer completely free parking for up to 150 vehicles on-site at a resort which is easy to reach on the road or by using public transport being just over 20 minutes away from York city centre.
Unlike many inner city locations, our venue is also incredibly spacious with us being able to accommodate a vast number of delegates on-site. We aren’t just happy to consider large conferences though, with the KP Resort regularly playing host to smaller conferences for businesses across the UK who are keen to take advantage of our unrivaled facilities. Example of these include self-employed trainers who are looking for a venue at which to run workshops and we also play host to various networking and charity events at the KP Resort.
We have a range of rooms and configurations available to choose from at the KP Resort which we can vary depending on the kind of atmosphere you are looking to create and the activities you are looking to undertake. All rooms are wonderfully presented with exquisite décor and furnishings as we leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of excellence.
This also includes the investment we have made in our equipment, with rooms fitted with everything you will need for your Yorkshire business conference. These facilities include:

We are also happy to take care of the catering for the day if required, with a number of breakfast and lunch deals available depending on the budget you had in mind. You can choose from simply welcome hot drinks in the morning to more extensive two course meals provided by our mouth-watering on-site Glasshouse Restaurant if you are looking to provide an experience that your delegates will never forget.
If you are looking to put your delegates up overnight, then we do have a number of accommodation options available. You can choose from our famous multi-storey log cabins which can accommodate up to eight people and simply have to be seen to be believed, or alternatively may want to consider our woodland hotel rooms which are completed to the same high standards.
Anyone staying in our accommodation will of course be welcome to take advantage of the facilities that we have available including the Glasshouse Restaurant, our championship golf course which plays host to golf tournaments televised on Sky Sports and our Nordic Relaxation Area which may be required after a busy day of ingesting all of the information and learnings you are looking to impart.
We also have our own luxury gym which is one of the best in the area, with a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment and fitness classes offered to guests.
