We’re located just 20 minutes from York and offer completely free parking for delegates on site. In addition to this, public transport to the venue is easy and convenient meaning that delegates will have no problems getting to The KP Resort on the day of the event.

This includes a choice of different configurations to help dictate the kind of environment that you are keen to create. Options include a boardroom feel, theatre layout and many others to help create the exact feel that you need.
Whichever layout you choose, the setting will remain unchanged overlooking acres of stunning Yorkshire countryside which is sure to prove to be a welcome change for your employees from the standard office environment.
We will also provide the same equipment to you with The KP Resort investing heavily into ensuring that you will have all the technology and essentials that you require. Our conference rooms include:

We’ll work with you to ensure that activities are in line with your brand and the business objectives that you have, as well of course of factoring in your budget and the overall objectives of the day.
Examples of some fun team activities which our previous customers have arranged at The KP Resort include golf competitions using our 18 hole championship golf course, clay pigeon shooting, nature trails, quizzes and even cook off competitions. How Much Does it Cost?
There are a number of options available to you if you are considering using the KP Resort as the setting for your next corporate away day in Yorkshire with varying budgets and delegate parties facilitated at a venue which can host up a significant number of delegates on the day.
To hire a room at our venue, we charge just £25 per hour with a £100 half day and £150 full day options available too as a basic. We’ll also require a £150 deposit and for full payment to be made 14 days before the away day takes place.
The cost of catering and any activities on the day will be in addition to this basic fee. As will the option to take advantage of our overnight accommodation options if these are required, with a range of luxury hotels and lodges to choose from if you are looking to push the boat out and ensure that your team have an experience that they are never going to forget.
