Outstanding customer service from staff at the main reception. Especially welcomed by management team and bar staff. Lisa and others went above and beyond to meet our family’s needs. Greeted with a huge smile and above and beyond service to help us with our 7month old boy when dining out. The spa was managed well by Ele and other staff of whom I enjoyed treatments from. 5star complex with very clean and fresh facilities. Absolutely loved the generosity of staff to meet our needs. Nothing was ever too much. I was able to compete. 30k challenge using the gym everyday which was available to use easily with fantastic equipment. The Complex is also very clean and tidy. With having a baby the only thing I wish we had was a vacuum in the lodge but apart from that we loved every minute and will return. The lodge itself was breathtaking with plenty of space and furnished so beautifully.
We will be returning in the future. Thank you Ele and to Lisa for your extra care and empathy towards our son and towards our family.
Your kindness has made our holiday very extra special.
Many thanks Alice Dave and baby Austin 🙂
We hired a lodge at this site. The site is well kept, clean and laid out very nicely. However we are disappointed with llodge 56 we where allocated. It never ever got sunlight on it anywhere so we could not sit on the balcony and have a relax as it was shaded with trees. This also made the inside cold. We had to go out every day to get sunshine. Also we had problems with the television it kept locking up. Every night. Maintenance came 4 days running in the end we where given an arial. Also had problems with washing machine/dryer. Dryer didn\’t work efficiently. It took us 4 days to dry towels outside on the balcony. This was not a cheap holiday but spoilt by the above problems. The staff where lovely, helpful and very apologetic but that dosnt make things right. I would return here but would insist on a better located lodge. Which has sun on it. I think our one must be the only one which was like this.Glad to leave which was a shame.
Very nice, clean, well equipped and very friendly staff.
We have just returned from our visit to this 5 star resort for a spa day. It was pristine, cannot fault the facilities, staff or food. We were even presented with a beautifully decorated cheesecake platter to congratulate our marriage last weekend. Would love to return.
Lovely spa resort in a very pretty location. Long weekend away with the girls, our accommodation was clean and tidy and had its own hot tub outside on the balcony. Good restaurant too. Shop available in reception to buy local goods like honey and biscuits. Spa available for use, as well as for non-guests with treatment options too. Lyme Regis is close by too, along with beautiful walks along the Jurassic coast.
