We are proud to offer our private dining room out to both holiday guests and those in the local area so that you too can make the most our rustic 350 year old mill house set amidst a wondrous countryside setting overlooking the babbling Newton Brook.
Regardless of whether you are looking for somewhere for large or small groups, our function room, The Newton Suite, is the perfect venue for any special occasion, from weddings and wakes to life celebrations.

The Newton Suite is a spacious room for all kinds of events, being able to cater up to 70 guests, but also perfect for a more intimate event with a minimum booking of 12 people.
The suite has a private bar, patio area with the brook running alongside, access to the small children’s play area, along with a projector, TV and a mic and speaker system availble. Tables and chairs can be decorated if you require, our friendly team are on hand to help make this event the best one for you.
We also have a private entrance to the Newton Suite, as well as limited free car parking is also available – there really isn’t a better place for a private dining venue in Bath.

Our private dining menu consists of berry’s banquet and Austen’s gastronomy which start from £24.95 per person. Select your meal choice from a wide range of starters, mains and desserts that are sure to please all.
You can also add arrival canapes for £5.95 per person to set the tone for an evening of delicious dining.

All of our holiday lodges are fully furnished and exquisitely decorated throughout.

Accommodation options available range from one to four bedroom lodges with sleeping for up to eight people possible. You will find our one bedroom Norland lodges equipped with the essential kitchenette facilities which are ideal for shorter stays, whilst our larger accommodation is equipped with a whole host of luxury kitchen facilities and utilities in the spacious open plan living areas which are afforded.
