Your holiday park fees are annual fees, often called ‘site fees’, and they cover a range of costs for holiday home ownership. This includes the rental of your plot, access to the facilities on the resort, and much more.
Along with holiday park fees in our North Wales resort, Aberconwy Resort & Spa has an additional annual security fee which covers the cost for 24-hour manned security, as well as a car recognition barrier entrance to the resort.
Aberconwy Resort & Spa is a non-residential* resort and has a 12-month open season.
*Non-residential means you must have a primary address and you are not able live on the resort.
*Costs vary depending on holiday home and plot. Annual security cost £729.85.

Our holiday park fees pay for the maintenance of the park, facilities, grounds, and gardens, along with the rental of your plot at our resort.
You also have full access to Langley’s Country Club, which includes the pool, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and steam room. You also have Wi-Fi, CCTV, and number plate barrier recognition covered in your site fees.
