Can members of the public use the facilities?

Do you have access to the beach?

There are 3 exits off the park that will take you directly on to the beach.

How far are you from Llandudno and Conwy?

A short 10 minute drive will get you to Llandudno, 5 minutes in the car will get you to Conwy and Conwy Marina is only a two minute drive from the Park. Both Conwy and Conwy Marina are within walking distance for those who want to stretch their legs!

Is Aberconwy open in the winter?

We are open 12 Months, all year round for your holiday.

Is the Park on one level?

Yes is it.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

There is a Tesco and mini Asda at Junction 18 of the A55 – a short 5 minute drive away.

Can I choose the location of my holiday home?

Yes, there are plots available and you are able to choose your own.

How much are Site Fees at Aberconwy Resort & Spa?

We have parking bays next to your caravan/lodge

How do I get to Aberconwy?

Junction 17 off the A55, and follow the signs.

How many passes do my family members get and do they get full access to all facilities?

The Home Owners and there Dependant children under the age of 21 get free use of the facilities. For additional guests to use the wet area you can purchase an annual family and friends package, where you can nominate up to 6 people, after 6 people have been nominated you can add additional guests for a small fee. If an annual pass doesn’t suit, you can pay for a daily, or weekly guest passes.

For the use of the gyms you can purchase a weekly or annual pass.

Is Aberconwy pet friendly?

Yes, all animals are welcome, well behaved dogs are welcome at Aberconwy Resort & Spa. We ask that they are always on their lead and cleaned up after.

What are receptions opening times?

Our reception at Aberconwy Resort & Spa is open daily 9.00 -5.00pm

What is Darwin Escapes’ Dog Policy?

We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure the park can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike.

We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non pet unit without the prior permission of the Park Manager. (This can be achieved by including your pet on your booking form to ensure you are allocated a pet-friendly unit).

a. Where allowed, all pets must at all times be kept under proper control and must not enter any facility building. (excluding guide dogs)

b. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times (unless in the dedicated dog areas) and prevented from fouling.

c. All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.

d. In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero as well as any other breed at the Park Manager’s discretion.
