Yes this is a pet friendly lodge, please make sure to add your pet on to your booking so we can allocate you the correct accommodation.

Check-ins are available from 16:00.

If you are likely to arrive later 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01225 333 909 to let them know.

If you have booked a Newton Brook Elegance Lodge, a Neatherfield Lodge or a Neatherfield Watersedge Lodge, you are able to check-in from 14:00.

Check-out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. We kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.

On weekdays buses run every 15 minutes directly into the city centre. For more information please ask a member of staff

Most of our lodges feature a freezer in their well equipped kitchens,

With the exception of the Delaford Suite and Norland Lodge has a mini kitchenette and slightly more limited self catering facilities as it is designed for one or two night breaks in the city.

The majority of our lodges are fully equipped for self catering with full kitchen facilities including ovens, microwaves and fridge freezers.

The only exception to this are the studio Delaford Suite and Norland Lodge which have a kitchenette featuring a microwave, toaster and kettle so that the essentials are covered.

All lodges are equipped comfortable furnishing and bedding. They also include flat screen TVs with Freeview channels and Wi-Fi access.

No, the distribution of power to the units cannot sustain prolonged high usage.
