Reopening Update

Our resorts in England

Following guidelines from the UK Government, we are pleased to confirm that we have now reopened our resorts.

This applies to Bath Mill Lodge Retreat, Beach Cove Coastal Retreat, Canterbury Reach Lodge Retreat, Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa, Hawkchurch Resort & Spa, Keswick Reach lodge Retreat, Kilnwick Percy Resort & Golf Club, Mullion Cove Coastal Retreat, Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa, Piran Meadows Resort, Sandymouth Holiday Resort, The Springs Golf Club, Thanet Well Lodge Retreat, Tilford Woods Lodge Retreat, Wareham Forest Lodge Retreat, Woodside Bay Lodge Retreat, Woodside Coastal Retreat.

Our resorts in Wales

Following guidelines from the Welsh Government, we are pleased to confirm we are now open to owners and will be open to holiday guests on 13th July*.

This will apply to Aberconwy Resort & Spa, Talacre Beach Resort, New Pines Holiday Home Park and Seaview Holiday Home Park.

*All dates are subject to change based on any future Government guidance and regulations.

We are accepting holiday bookings for our resorts in England via our booking partner Hoseasons from the 4th July in England and from the 13th July in Wales.

Please note, all of our restaurants and bars will remain closed, however we will be offering a takeaway menu with a delivery service wherever possible. Our leisure facilities (swimming pools, spas, play areas and Go Active activities) will also be closed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund or change my holiday date due to Coronavirus?

For any holiday booking enquiries, please get in touch with our booking partner Hoseasons on 0345 4986589. You can find out more information from Hoseasons by visiting here.

What facilities will be open at your resorts in England when you reopen?

All of our restaurants and bars will be closed. We will however be offering a takeaway menu with a delivery service to your accommodation wherever possible.

Our leisure facilities (swimming pools, spas, play areas and Go Active activities) will also be closed. Please check with our booking agent Hoseasons as to what is available at an individual resort.

I’ve booked accommodation with a hot tub. Can I still use the hot tub?

You can still use the hot tub within your family group. Please follow Government guidance and do not share the hot tub with anyone not staying in your accommodation. We ask that you follow all hot tub instructions to ensure you use the hot tub safely.

I am an owner on one of your resorts, can I stay in my lodge/caravan?

All of our owners have been contacted or will be contacted shortly with further information.

Are your golf courses open?

All three of our golf courses across England and Scotland are now open to members. Kilnwick Percy Golf Club, The Springs Golf Club and Dundonald Links are open to visitors.

If you have any specific questions about opening/tee times, please get in touch with the golf club directly.
Additional social distancing and safety measures have been put in place for you to play safe, stay safe.
