The Sleep Sheep story telling is one for the whole family, everyone counts sheep to go to sleep, but what happens when one of them goes missing? Find out in the hilarious story, and make your own pom pom sheep, and take him home to help you sleep!

Pop along an enjoy the examples of vehicles, with everything from early steam through to classic cars. Along with all the cars to marvel at there will be the Kent Farmers Market stalls, where you can buy local produce, that was once made with the help of the vehicles and machinery on display. The stalls will be featuring award-winning chutneys and jams, Kentish beers, homemade sausage rolls and pasties, plus so much more.


Easter Rabbits, Riddles & Rhymes

At: Penshurst Place When: 1st – 16th April

Pop along and help track down a very important missing rabbit! You will be putting your sleuthing skills to the test while joining an Easter trail with a twist, rather than seeking eggs, the hunt will involve finding carrots with hidden messages left around the garden by the Easter Bunny! You must uncover all the clues to discover the answer and solve the puzzle of the missing bunny!

There are a wide range of fun Easter activities at Maidstone Museum this year, including being able to make felt animal puppets, decorate your very own suncatcher to catch the spring sunshine or make an Easter basket. Try your hand at making a set of butterfly or dragonfly wings to wear on the way home, make pretty spring paper flowers and a card vase to display them in!
