What’s on in Kent for Easter 2018?

Easter 2018 is set to go off with bang in Kent, with endless family fun activities to get stuck into and our beautiful Canterbury Reach Lodge Retreat perfectly place for you to explore the region and get involved in the events. Easter Family Fun

When: 24th March – 15th April / Where: Hever Castle
Explore the rich history of Hever Castle while discovering all the Easter family fun to be had, including bouncing through the spring blooming grounds, following the egg hunt trail to find your Lindt Gold Bunny! There will also be a programme of activities to join in on, including making and decorating your own Easter Bonnet, joining in on the parade where the best bonnets will win prizes! Join in and take part in the fun quiz all about the castle and the history of Easter, how many questions can you get right?

Easter Bunny Hunt

When: 28th March – 2nd April / Where: Riverhill Gardens
Celebrate spring and search through the blooming flowers at Riverhill to hunt for the hidden bunnies throughout the gardens. A family favourite every year to you outdoors and earn yourself a chocolatey treat at the end of the trail.

Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt

When: 30th March – 2nd April / Where: Smallhythe Place
Join in on the hunt in the fresh spring garden of Smallhythe Place, solve the riddles and find the clues to earn your chocolatey treat. The more the little explorers can tick off the top nature highlights that can be found all around the garden. Collect the Cadbury’s treat from the Theatre Treatroom, and why not grab a hot drink and relax while you’re there? A traditional family fun event in Kent for Easter.

Easter Weekend Fair

When: 30th March – 1st April / Where: Brogdale Collections
Enjoy a weekend of family fun and fur-babies! Drop into the barn to feed the cute baby animals, including live hatching chicks, fluffy bunnies and more. Join in with the kid’s craft station, have fun in the egg and spoon race, don’t forget to jump on the tractor to explore the gardens and follow the Easter egg trail! Have some family fun on the miniature railway too! There is endless fun to be had at Brogdale Collections this Easter!

A Day Out with Thomas & Friends

When: 14th – 22nd April / Where: Spa Valley Railway
Waiting for you at the fun Spa Valley Railway is Thomas and his friends, offering your littles a day filled with wonder and laughs, you’ll get to meet Rusty, Dusty, the Fat Controller, and of course Thomas the Tank Engine himself! Experience a ride behind a real steam engine before stretching your imagination at the Thomas themed activities.
