Half Term Witchcraft

Where: Dapdune Wharf / When: 23rd – 29th Oct / Times: 11am – 4pm / Prices: Adults £3.95, Child £2.30

Joi in on the mischief at Dapdune Wharf and meet the wicked witches from the East and West, as well as the good witches from the North and South! The gaggle of witches will be flying in to meet the wizards and cause all sorts of mayhem! You’ll have the chance to make your own broom, learn how to make bubbling potions and enter the spooktacular maze! You’ll have a frightful time filled with magic! And on the 28th Oct, Dapdune Wharf will be throwing a Spooktacular Family Fun Run at night, fancy dress is fully encouraged on this 1.5K run with spooky surprises along the way!

Halloween Creepy Caves

Where: Chessington World of Adventures / When: 20th – 31st Oct / Times: 10am – 8pm / Prices: £37 (Online), £60.50 (On the Gate)

Visit Chessington the Halloween for family fun and frightful activities! Visit the new Creepy Caves Unearthed, their scariest attraction yet (for over 10’s only), with secret agents leading you through the attraction exploring all ghosts and ghouls! The little ones can enjoy spooky story time listening to the fantastic Room on the Broom tale, if you’re a little braver explore the Curse of the Lost Tomb maze and discover the secret tomb of Genghis Khan. Young Adventurers can explore the Trick or Treat Wood, choose from the tempting treat or troublesome trick path for your spooky adventure and meet the enchanted fairies and ghostly goblins! There will also be a fun fancy dress competition and the chance to ride the attraction after dark, if you dare!

Horrible Hampton

Where: Hampton Court Palace / When: 21st – 29th Oct / Times: 10am – 6pm / Prices: Adult £18.40, Child £9.20

Visit Hampton Court Palace this Halloween for some fiendishly wicked fun! Explore this historic building and travel back to the court of King Henry VIII, when it was filled with questionable people doing dirty jobs! Will you be able to pull rotten teeth, investigate the ‘Royal Wee’ or scour the ‘gong’ from the toilets? Drop into the Horrible Hampton and learn all about His Majesty, King Henry VIII!

Wizards & Witches Week

Where: Bocketts Farm Park / When: 21st – 29th Oct / Times: 10am – 5:30pm / Prices: Adults £10.50, Child £ 10.95

You’ll enjoy a spooktacular day out with a jam packed programme this Halloween half term. Join in at the Creepy Craft Corner, enjoy the magic from the wizard fun shows throughout the day, see if you can complete the Spooky Trail around the farm to earn your sweet treat. And see if you’re brave enough to meet the resident reptiles as well as snakes and spiders in brilliant hands on sessions!

Willa’s Workout

Where: Godstone Farm / When: 23rd – 29th Oct / Times: 10am – 5pm / Prices: £8.90

Join Willa for the amazing spooky workout, where you’ll lunge, squat, skip and jump along with fabulous dancing and spider swatting. You’ll also enjoy pumpkin carving, face painting an a cool spooky quiz to try! End the week on a high with Godstone Farm’s fabulous Low Bangs Fireworks Displays, which is suitable for all ages and those nervous of loud bangs.

Great Cockcrow Railway

Where: Cockcrow / When: 28th Oct / Times: 4:30pm – 8pm / Prices: ranges £4.50 – £6.50

Take a spooky ride in the dark, offering a totally new experience, even for regular travellers. Make sure to don your best fancy dress for the fabulously fun and spooktacular event!

Creepy Creatures

Where: Wisely Gardens / When: 21st – 29th Oct / Times: 10am – 6pm / Prices: Adult £15.40, Child £7.70

These breathtaking gardens are offering a whole world of creepy creatures to explore, with a new activity every day! Including, the Snow Grey puppet show, Spiderwort Cuttings, classic pumpkin carving, lovey storyteller from StoryRoots. As well as crafty activities such as, making a 3D ladybird or bee, or a wooden spider too. Visit the beautiful gardens and get stuck in at Wisely this Halloween half term.

A wonderful community organisation offers a full and varied programme of theatre, music, workshops and craft activities! This Halloween enjoy some Darkroom Magic, where brooms and bats magically appear on your paper, you’ll get to create your own spooky Halloween photograms in this fangtastic workshop! Try your hand at some Halloween Cupcake Decorating, all cake and materials are provided, giving you the chance to concentrate on creating spooky decorations and icing your delicious cupcakes to take home and enjoy.

Halloween Grotto

Where: Birdworld / When: 23rd – 27th Oct / Times: 10am – 6pm / Prices: Adults £15.95, Child £12.95

Birdworld is offering a haunting time this Halloween, take a stroll through the unique and creeptastic Halloween Grotto, where you will see a coven of cackling witches, and a group of ghoulish spooks! There will also be lots of creepy arts and crafts to get stuck in with, as well as fabulous face painting, a spooky Halloween trail to follow and a fun Halloween train ride to enjoy.

Brick or Treat

Where: Legoland, Windsor / When: 14th – 30th Oct / Times: 9.30am – 6pm / prices range, start from £45 online

Legoland is a spectacular place to visit all year round, but this Halloween they are having a must-visit Brick or Treat event, which is fun for all ages! There are over 55 rides, live shows and attractions to explore on any given day at Legoland. But the special spooktacular activities include campfire stories in the enchanted forest, the lego pumpkin patch to explore, the miniland ghost takeover, cobweb colouring corner and the chance to meet Frankie & Lord Vampyre…if you dare!
