Mullion Cove Coastal Retreat is near the southern most park of main land UK, the Lizard Peninsula offers stunning views, gorgeous coastal settings and stunning cliffsides to explore. Awesome Adventures

Have fun and become part of the crew of HMS Adventure at the Maritime Musuem, with live performances and storytelling with new activities each week. Explore the brand new Pacific Islands Play-Zone, and be inspired by historic voyages, you’ll discover a deserted island and dress up as your favourite maritime character. Slide down the waterfall on the island and explore the underground cave before hopping around on giant insects. With live shows every week from The Sea Show, a hilarious mix of puppet, comedy cabaret and natural history!

Tregony Heavy Horse Show & County Fayre

At: Tregony Playing Fields, TR2 5RP

The annual show is a family fun day out, with heavy horses and Shetland ponies, as well as craft stalls, live music throughout the day, refreshments and bar, along with sheep dog demonstrations and sheep-shearing. Visitors can join in on the Paws 4 Fun Pet Dog Show, enjoy pony rides, get up close and personal with the birds at the Birds of Prey exhibition and laugh along with Punch and Judy Shows. The children will love the fairground rides and bouncy castles.

Falmouth Fun Day & Red Arrows

At: Falmouth Bay, TR11 4EA
When: 9th August, 10am – ‘till late
Prices: Free to Enter

Visit the Moor for live music, children’s crafts, fairground markets, as well as outside seating, car area, street food and lots more activities. The famous Red Arrows display will start at 6.15pm at Falmouth Bay. Visit the Church Street Car Park for the favourite Action Sports Tour displays of doing BMX and skate stunts, with go taster sessions. Ending with Falmouth Week’s Firework Spectacular in the Bay on 11th August.

Children’s Fun Day

At: Land’s End, TR19 7AA
When: 24th August, 10am – 5pm

Land’s End is home to four fantastic attractions including the Shaun the Sheep Experience, which will surprise and delight in the hands-on studio. Enter the magically scary world of Arthur’s Quest and accept Merlin’s Challenge and see the lair of the dragon! Go on a whole new adventure at the Lost World 4D film experience, face fierce Raptors, giant Triceratops and the mighty T-Rex – with the 4D cinema you’ll feel right in the middle of the story. And take a short walk along the headland to Green Farm and visit the historic farmer’s cottage, you’ll step back 200 years in time! Along with all the regular attractions, the Children’s Fun Day includes fabulous Magician Billy Wizz, puppet performances, swamp circus, bouncy castle, live music and the Magic in the Skies Fireworks Display.

Medieval Joust

At: Pendennis Castle, TR11 4LP
When: 15th & 16th August, 11am – 5pm

Witness the speed and skill as four of the most masterful Knights battle for good and evil. Choose your champion and see who is victorious in a display of courage and chivalry. Living history enactments and campsites will take you back in time, try the hobby-horse jousting, be entertained by the court jester and merry musicians and marvel at the Falcons in flight show.

Flambards Summer Activities

At: Flambards, TR13 0QA

Flambards is one of Cornwall’s top attractions, with fantastic outdoor rides and indoor activities, it’s perfect for all weather fun. Along with all the fabulous regular attractions, there is a whole host of Summer activities to enjoy, with free face painting Fridays, meet and greets with Ferdi Fox, the fantastic Big Top Sunday Circus, with workshops to master those circus skills, along with brilliant and energetic performances from the Big Dance Company. Marvel at the Billy Wizz Magic Show, a musical delight of Gary Barlow tribute show and fabulous Firework Spectacular displays on selected nights throughout the summer.
