Spooky Dover Castle with Creepy Critters

Where: Dover Castle / Dates: 19th – 27th Oct / Times: 10am – 4pm / Prices: Adult £20.90, Child £12.50
The stunning Dover Castle has many secrets, but you can discover them on broomsticks with a fangtastic witch-themed quest to figure out. Get stuck in with the creepy craft workshops and learn all about some really fascinating critters at the Creepy Crawly shows. Don your best fancy dress and enter the competition for a little prize.


Murder Mystery

Where: Dover Castle / Dates: 31st Oct – 2nd Nov / Times: 7pm – 10pm / Prices: £60 per person
Travel back in time to the year 1852 with this great event, you’ll spend the night dining in the grand hall in Constable’s Tower as guests of an exclusive dinner. The evening will take a turn when you all hear a scream from the kitchen, use your detective skills to interview the staff and the suspects to solve the mysterious murder.


Fright at the Museum

Where: Canterbury Museum / Dates: 25th – 26th Oct / Times: 10am – 5pm / Prices: Entry free, cost per activity
Watch as the museum is turned in a spooktacular haunted house for this family fun event. Take part in the pumpkin carving workshops, enjoy some potion making and explore the spooky exhibits on offer. Don your best fancy dress for the day and you may just win a prize for the spookiest outfit! Follow the Halloween Trail, which is based around the ghost story of Canterbury called Mother Crawe, try to find all the answers and lift the curse – you could win an Amazing Fire Kindle!


Halloween Half Term Fun

Where: Hever Castle / Dates: 19th – 31st Oct / Times: 10.30am – 4.30pm / Prices: Adult £16.75, Child £9.40
There are lots of Halloween themed events to enjoy at the castle this year! From spooky storytelling and Halloween crafting, to following the scarecrow scavenger hunt around the grounds. Visit the delicious biscuit decorating workshop and enjoy a sweet treat, if you dare. There will be freakish face painting available and don’t forget to come in your best fancy dress to win a small prize.
