Truro victorian christmas markets 2016

The Truro Victorian Christmas Market is celebrating its 12th year, it has fast become the must-visit market in the run up to Christmas, with over 67 traders, producers and exhibitions you will definitely something for everyone at this fun festive event! The Truro Victorian Christmas Markets are aptly named with all the stall holders in fantastic Victorian costume, adding to the fun, seasonal atmosphere. Located inside a huge heated marquee you will be able to have a wander around the Truro Christmas Market at your own pace, without freezing your toes and digits! The marquee is split into two zones, a craft zone and the food zone (guess which one I’ll be in?!), the food hall has endless options of meat, chocolates, liqueurs, ales, mine pies, burgers and of course cheese (mmm cheese…). The arts and craft hall will have clothing, jewellery, jaw droppingly good artwork, mind bogglingly fantastic pottery and ceramic works, as well as stalls to find that must-have classic book, or the hidden gem of the literacy world. Most traders at the Truro Victorian Christmas Market make the products themselves, so you can be sure of the quality of what you are buying is top-notch. There is also a large café and seating area for a cup of tea and piece of cake, or even a full meal if you need to re-energise for more festive shopping!

Newquay is the place to be for Christmas Markets 2016, there are also the Last Chance Christmas Markets in Truro for those late shoppers between the 19th and 21st December!
