Swanage Bay View is the new host to two new amazing workout crazes taking the world one dance at a time!

Swanage Bay View has a large space, which is now becoming a home to two fabulous new fitness crazes! Boogie Bounce Xtreme, with mini trampolines and POUND! Fit, inspired by playing the drums, to book your classes click here or for more information read below.


Boogie Bounce Xtreme

This high performance class, designed for all skill levels, can help you burn up to 800 calories per session! Boogie Bounce Xtreme is a fantastic full body workout on mini trampolines, meaning it is low impact on your joints, ideal for all ages, skill levels and anyone who struggles with joint pain. You’ll learn new routines to fantastic music for some amazing fun, the principles of the workout are the same as the popular HIIT programmes, with an effective, fat burning session and body conditioning exercises at the end, making them perfect for flushing out toxins. The mini trampolines add to the workout routines and have a T-bar handle to make them extra safe! Sessions are £6 and time vary, with morning and evening classes available.


POUND! Fit!

POUND! Fit is the world’s first cardio workout to be inspired by playing the drums. Created in 2011 by two women who loved drumming and Pilates, POUND! Fit is now taught by over 14,000 instructors in over 50 countries, they turned workouts in to jam sessions with infectious fun, music and rhythm! Join the class to feel the power of the music and have the freedom of rocking out during your workout! Designed for all fitness levels this strength and cardio training session gives the most fun atmosphere for toning up, getting energized and rocking out to some great music, all while getting fit!
