There will be laps of Championship Rounds, vintage and classic cars as well as the Ferraris’ Owners Club (imagine being a part of that exclusive club!). The fun day will be finished off with a British Super Karts Race potentially featuring a number of Formula 1 drivers of the future, so keep your eyes peeled!


Somerset rocks

When: 26th – 28th August

Taking place at Taunton’s Vivary Park and raising funds and awareness for St Margarets Hospice, <a href=”http://www.somersetrocks.co.uk/” rel=”nofollow”Somerest Rocks is a 3 day festival with some big names! With food and drink on offer you can grab some grub while you watch the fantastic Will Young perform, along with Jools Holland and outstanding Status Quo too… big names for a big show, all for a fantastic cause! Let’s get Somerset Rocking! (I see what they did there…)


Weston’s grand pier fireworks

When: 27th August

Entry on to the pier for the fireworks are ticket only, and tickets can be purchase before or on the night of the <a href=”https://www.grandpier.co.uk/whats-on/event/grand-pier-fireworks-at-sea” rel=”nofollow”fantastic firework display, but the early bird will get the best views at the end of the pier! For the first time ever the stunning firework show will be set to music to add an extra flair for your enjoyment! Standard ticket holders will get unlimited rides on the pier fun fair, and Gold ticket holders also get a British traditional fish and chips at the seaside, served at the Broadwalk Café. A family fun night at the Grand Pier Fun Fair with Fireworks!


the Bishops Palace: medieval weekend

When: 26th – 29th August

The Bishops Palace is famous for its stunning grounds and highly intelligent Swan’s who ring a bell for their food. The August Bank Holiday Medieval event aims to provide a thrilling weekend of activities for all the family, from long bow, crossbow, weapons demonstrations and sword lessons to historical talks and learning about battlefield medicine. A great weekend that combines entertainment and astonishment, a really good fun family day out, and don’t forget to visit the swans!
